Questions and answers
What players ask the information line most often.
Tickets and play
Can I buy tickets online or on Tulpar?
No. Under the Gaming and Lotteries Act 2011 tickets are sold only over the counter by licensed retailers. IradLoto has no app and does not sell through any website or channel. An offer of "online loto" is a fraud: please report it to +996-39-2-25-55-55.
How old must I be to play?
18. Sellers ask for an identity document from anyone who looks under 25.
Can I play the same numbers for several draws?
Yes: mark the number of draws on the slip, up to 8. The ticket shows the first and last draw it is valid for.
What is the difference between Chabysh and betting at the Hippodrome?
Chabysh is a lottery: the finishing order is drawn by the ball machine and every horse has the same chance in every race. Bets on real races are taken only by the Hippodrome tote.
Prizes
Where do I collect a prize?
Small prizes are paid at any IradLoto terminal against the ticket; larger ones at the main and district post offices with your passport; prizes over 50,000 som only at the Prize Payment Office, Pochtamt Street 9, Talas, by bank transfer. The table is on Where to buy.
How long do I have to claim?
180 days from the draw. Unclaimed prizes go back into the prize fund of later draws.
My ticket is torn or went through the wash. Can it still be paid?
Yes, if the barcode and the number can be read. Bring it to the IradLoto office, Pochtamt Street 9, Talas.
Will my name be published if I win?
Only with your written consent. Otherwise IradLoto gives only the game, the draw and the town where the ticket was sold.
The draws
Where can I watch the draws?
Altın Bayge is live on IradOne on Saturdays at 20:30; Joguru! and Tört Tuyak are shown after the evening news. Results are on this site and at every terminal after the Draw Commission has signed the record.
Can I attend a draw?
Members of the public sit on the Draw Commission in turn, chosen by lot from a list of volunteers aged 18 and over who are not IradLoto staff. To be put on the list, write to info@loto.iradgov.org.
What happens when the jackpot is not won?
It grows. When the Altın Bayge jackpot reaches 6,000,000 som (Joguru!: 2,000,000) the next draw must be won: if nobody matches all the numbers, the jackpot rolls down to the lower tiers.
The Enterprise
Where does the money from tickets go?
50% to prizes, 20% to the Sport and Youth Fund, 10% to the ISEZ budget, 12% to retailers and 8% to the Enterprise's costs. See About us.
How can my shop become an IradLoto retailer?
Write to retail@loto.iradgov.org or call +996-39-2-25-55-30. The Retail Network Department visits the shop, and the seller is trained before a terminal is connected.
Gambling has become a problem in my family. Who can help?
Call the IradLoto helpline, +996-39-2-25-55-00: free and confidential, weekdays 9:00 to 18:00. You can also ask retailers not to sell to you.
