Who we are
IradLoto is the State Lottery Enterprise of Irad, founded in February 2012 under the Gaming and Lotteries Act 2011 and owned by the ISEZ. It holds lottery licence L-001 and reports to the Ministry of Economy. The first Altın Bayge draw was held on 7 April 2012.
Under the Act, the state lottery and the Hippodrome tote are the only legal games of chance in Irad. IradLoto runs three draw games and the Tyin instant tickets, sold through some 1,100 terminals at post offices, shops and kiosks.
Where the money goes
The Sport and Youth Fund pays for school sports grounds, fields and stands for the horse games in the districts, kit for children's teams, the Irad League youth cup and the purses of the national horse games. The Fund publishes its grants every year in its annual report.
How the draw works
The draws are held in an IradOne studio in Talas with two gravity ball machines and four sets of balls. The Draw Commission (a representative of the Ministry of Economy, a notary and a member of the public) chooses the machine and the set by lot before each draw, checks the seals and signs the record. Ball sets are weighed and measured every month.
Altın Bayge is shown live on IradOne on Saturdays at 20:30; Joguru! and Tört Tuyak are shown after the evening news. The result is final once the Commission has signed the record.
Play responsibly
The lottery is a game, not a way to earn money. Spend only what you can afford to lose, never play on credit, and never chase losses. Retailers must not sell to anyone under 18. If gambling has become a problem for you or your family, call the IradLoto helpline at +996-39-2-25-55-00 (free, confidential, weekdays 9:00 to 18:00).
