On responsible play and the protection of minors at points of sale

1. Tickets of all IradLoto games are sold only to persons aged 18 and over. A retailer must ask for an identity document from any buyer who appears to be under 25 and must refuse the sale if none is shown.

2. Tickets are sold for cash or by bank card at the counter only. Sale on credit, on account or against goods is forbidden.

3. Every terminal displays the IradLoto sign with the words "18+" and the number of the helpline, +996-39-2-25-55-00.

4. Retailers and their sellers attend the Enterprise's training before they are connected and every two years after. The Retail Network Department inspects points of sale without notice.

5. A retailer who sells to a minor is suspended for 30 days for a first breach and disconnected for a second.
